Shipping and Delivery Policy

Sonder Recruit is online software. Nothing physical is shipped: you use it in your web browser at sonderai.in.

How you get access

Free trial: starts as soon as you create your account.
Paid plans: your workspace upgrades automatically once Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes.
Teammates: get access as soon as they accept their invitation.

If access doesn’t arrive

If your plan isn’t active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email shourya@sonderai.in with your workspace name and Razorpay payment ID. We’ll activate the plan or refund the payment.

Where we serve

Plans are sold to businesses in Indian rupees. The Service is delivered online, so there are no delivery charges or delivery areas.
