Sonder Jobs for agencies
Publish from the role you already manage. Hear from people who match it. Search an opt-in talent pool when you need to look beyond your own.
Publish
The workspace owner enables publishing. Active roles can then appear on Sonder Jobs, with per-role controls for the client name, salary and visibility.

Illustrative preview · sample role · nothing is published
Your notes and the client’s budget stay off the public page. Email addresses, phone numbers and links are stripped from the description.
What a candidate can read
Build Java services for a payments platform.
The client name and the salary stated in the sample JD are visible.

Review
An application is an introduction with context, not an automatic addition to your pool.
The application enters your review inbox with a match score against the requirement.
Verified skills sit alongside the profile. Applications made with auto-apply are clearly labelled.
Your team reviews the person before bringing them into the candidate pool and hiring workflow.
The candidate can follow application status, including “Not taken forward”, or withdraw an application.
Talent Search
Search people who separately opted into agency discovery and confirmed they are looking within the last two months. Filter by skills, location, experience, notice, availability and verified skills.

Before opening contact details
Headline, experience, city, skills and proof. Current availability, notice period, preferred locations and expected CTC.
After a contact unlock
Name, email, phone and CV become available. The profile enters your review inbox, and the person can see which agency opened it. Reopening the same profile does not use another unlock.
Publishing and Talent Search are different: every paid plan can publish, including Plus. Compare the plans.
First-submission register
When a Sonder Jobs candidate is put forward to a client, the submission date matters. Consent matters too.
A Sonder Jobs candidate is linked by their verified email.
The first undisputed submission to that client holds for the window.
It can see a prior claim exists, without learning which agency holds it.
The candidate sees submissions and can void one they did not agree to.
This applies to Sonder Jobs candidates matched by verified email. Your private candidate pools are not compared across agencies.
Useful details
Keep these boundaries in view when your team starts.
Publishing is off until the workspace owner enables it. Once enabled, eligible active roles can be listed. You can hide an individual role and control its public client and salary details.
The client name and known short forms are removed from the candidate-facing listing. Your agency is still identified as the recruiter. The public preview helps you check what a candidate will read.
No. Talent Search contains Sonder Jobs profiles whose owners separately opted in to discovery. Your private workspace pool remains separate.
No. A verified test or reviewed project is separate evidence. It does not add points to the job fit score.
Publishing is included in the 14-day free trial. The trial starts with a fresh workspace and includes 10 Talent Search contact unlocks in total.
