Your choices

Be found when
you want to be found.

Applying, agency discovery and auto-apply are separate choices. Know what each one does.

Apply to a role
Share your profile with the agency handling that application.
Let agencies find me
Opt into Talent Search separately. Agencies see profile details first; name, contact and CV require an unlock. You can see who opened your profile.
Confirm availability
Answer “still looking?” monthly. Profiles not confirmed within two months are hidden from Talent Search until availability is confirmed.
Review representation
See which agencies submitted you to which clients. Void a submission you did not agree to.
Leave on your terms
Turn off alerts, sign out everywhere or delete your Sonder Jobs profile. An agency that already received a copy may still hold its own record; the deletion flow identifies those agencies.

Good to know

Your profile, explained.

A few practical answers before you begin.

Is a profile really free?

Yes. Sonder Jobs is free for job seekers. Agencies pay for their recruiting workspace and plan-specific Talent Search contact access.

Will failing a test hurt my fit score?

No. Test results do not change the fit score. Only passing skill results are shown to agencies.

Can I apply without enabling auto-apply?

Yes. Apply manually to roles you choose. Auto-apply is optional and separate from agency discovery.

Will disabling discovery withdraw my applications?

Discovery controls whether agencies can find you through Talent Search. Manage existing applications separately from the Applications screen.

Does deleting my profile erase every agency’s copy?

No. Agencies that already received your profile may retain their own records. The deletion flow tells you which agencies hold a copy, so you can approach them directly.

Do I need a new profile for another agency on Sonder?

No. Keep one Sonder Jobs profile and use it when applying to roles handled by different agencies on Sonder.
