Yes, on Plus, Pro and Enterprise: your desk tracker, JD files, a CV folder and candidate exports, each previewed before saving. A tracker creates clients and open jobs. Explicitly named people can create records, but anonymous pipeline counts cannot recreate a candidate pool. Bring the CVs or candidate records through their own import path. The free trial starts fresh.

Yes, at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data is kept and exportable after a plan ends, and you can download a full backup of your workspace whenever you like.
You get a full refund within 7 days of a first payment, once per workspace, and duplicate charges are always refunded. Refunds start within 2 working days and typically arrive 5 to 7 working days later.
